Each balloon comes filled with helium and a ribbon. This is an "add on item" and can not be purchased separately (does not include a weight).

Due to the possibility of limited quantities per unique style, we are unable to guarantee exchanges. In the event the size/style is out of stock, store credit will be issued.
All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.

Returned items must remain unwashed and unworn and have all original tags still attached.
